Progress in the web design
I had spent Deepavali holidays in analyzing the field of work and deducted to few options. The web technologies and my decisions are placed in the blog :

After this stage, I was able to prepare the requirement spec for the website and float around. Got a positive response.
I was looking for a technical partner to work on the web design. Srinath volunteered for the task. He is a real boast to the project as he is not a mere jsf user, he is a jsf source code developer!! Welcome, Srinath.
I discussed the project in depth with Srinath. Here is the logical flow we are planning to adapt.
* Balaji to create the sql data. Also work with hibernate.
* Balaji to install mvnforum and check the stability and accessibility
* Srinath to work on page template, access level security, page navigation.
* Balaji and Srinath to build a simple page to accept freshers' registration. Once this page is available, we can go live.
* Design pages for moderators to handle freshers' requests.
* Develop admin modules to handle projects, users, and other controls.
* Jose to go through the paypal details and integration.
* Write a balance sheet page to monitor expenses and inflow.
You can contribute in terms of articles, links, marketing of site etc. Our initial focus will be on conducting workshop for freshers.
